Someone sent me an invite and nothing happened

Install the app first, then tap the same link again. A link cannot open an app that is not there yet, so the first tap takes you to a web page and the second one takes you into the app.

My squad member's stats look out of date

Everyone's totals are published by their own phone, so a player's numbers update when they next open the app and it syncs. Pull down to refresh to fetch the latest.

The court time ran out mid-set

Log it at whatever the score was. A set that stopped at 2–2 goes in as 2–2, counts the games both pairs won, and is recorded as a draw. Nobody has to invent a finish.

Why is my level lower than someone who wins less?

Levels are experience, not skill. Turning up is worth more than winning, on purpose, and a round spent sitting out pays the same as a round on court because the app chose the matchups, not you. Playing more will always move you up faster than winning more.

Can I fix a score I entered wrong?

Yes. On the Sessions tab, press and hold the set and choose to correct the score. Everything that depends on it, including the table and everyone's experience, is worked out again.

Someone is bothering me

Open the menu next to their name and choose Report or Block. Blocking removes them from your squad and stops them appearing anywhere in the app for you, and they are not told. You can undo it under You, then Blocked people. Reports are read within 24 hours; if it is urgent, email support@userface.nl directly.

How do I stop sharing my profile?

On the You screen, unpublish. Your profile is deleted and your handle is freed up. Your own results stay with you.

Do I need iCloud?

Not to keep score. You need it to sync between your own devices, to share a profile, and to receive invites.
